Rates are fully inclusive of fine cotton linens, big fluffy towels (but please bring your own beach towels), luxury toiletries, all utilities but exclude our booking fee, which is £25 per booking. All our cottages are non-smoking and equipped with
- a selection of magazines, books, DVDs, maps and local information so there is never a dull moment
- kitchens with plenty of appliances and utensils for the domestic goddess or god on holiday
- complementary tea, coffee, wine and chocolates to welcome you on arrival so your holiday starts the moment you walk through the door of your chosen bolt hole!

Prices
Nobody likes paying for things they aren’t using, so our prices are based on two people using the master bedroom. See the property notes below for the charges made for use of the second bedroom or additional guests. Please note:
- We charge a booking fee of £25 which is payable on all bookings
- Where allowed we charge £25 per booking for a well-behaved pet
- Our usual change over days are Friday and Monday
- February & Easter school holidays are mid season, October half-term is high season and all other school holidays are peak weeks
- Short breaks are available outside school holidays or on a ‘last minute’ basis
- Our two night ‘Winter weekend’ includes either an early Saturday check-in or late Sunday check-out so you can make the most of your weekend!
Our Blakeney Cottages
Anchor Snug and Lytel Barn
Prices are for two people using just the master bedroom. Use of the second bedroom or additional guests in Anchor Snug is charged at £20 per person, per night, minimum £60 per person.
Both Anchor Snug and Lytel Barn are suitable for a well-behaved pet, at a charge of £25 per pet per booking
Regretfully, due to the nature of the property, Anchor Snug is not suitable for children under ten, however babies in arms are welcome.

Anchor Bottle and Harbour Deck
Prices are for two people using just one of the bedrooms. Use of the second bedroom or additional guests is charged at £20 per person, per night, minimum £60 per person.
Anchor Bottle is suitable for a well-behaved pet, at a charge of £25 per pet per booking. Additionally it’s attic super king-sized bedroom can be made up as a twin with a minimum of two weeks notice.
Regretfully, due to the nature of the properties, neither Anchor Bottle or Harbour Deck are not suitable for children under ten, however babies under 12 months are welcome. Harbour Deck does not allow pets.
