The property has it’s own entrance hall, with plenty of room for coats & boots. Up a flight of stairs is the compact, but well equipped kitchen with gas cooker and hob, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. Two more steps and a sliding ‘barn door’ provide access to the main living and sleeping area which has a vaulted ceiling and lovely oak flooring throughout. This has been furnished in cool coastal colours and features a comfortable king-sized bed and plenty of mood lighting. In keeping with the coastal theme the large windows have bespoke folding “sails”, which are hoisted to keep out the light! There is a comfortable sofa and chair from which to enjoy the view, TV (with free-sat), DVD and a selection of magazines/books. Back downstairs, off the entrance hall, is a fully tiled ‘wet room’ with shower and WC.
Outside is a small table and chairs on a raised terrace, which provides a nice spot for an evening drink and the designated off road parking space is just at the edge of the driveway.
Please note:- The Loft is in a self-contained annexe above a large garage (used for storage) and shares it’s driveway with the main house, which is occupied full-time.
